GF keeps saying to me ill be fine, i know its sad right but ill put you in the know why im so frantic.

Basically me n my gf dont see eachother often like most couples, Only on Saturday and Sunday evening normally. Now if i get to work the bar fridays i will see her more and stop over more, so i really need to get good quickly and get into the swing of things. I cant deal with seein her only 2wice a week, 3/4 times a week is better.

Make sure when you pull the lager pull the pump all the way it will kinda click and you dont need to hold onto it then when u straighten the glass unclick it and thats how you get the head.
When I pulled guiness i just poured it in one go thought it was a piece of piss but this was in plastics which can make a difference. I work at the crikcet ground now and again its a fun job Thumbs Up

Well had a go last night, Diamond lager ( Joseph Holts Beer) the 5% stuff is easy to pull just like stella because its really gasey and easy to put a head on. Whereas Crystal 3.2% piss in a glass, just had to be swilled about slightly to get any decent sort of head on it. Have a go at bitter pouring tonight and till training wish me luk Smile

A tip for guinness is to pour it into a straight glass until it just reaches the top of the guinness logo on the side of the glass. Then let it stand for a moment - charging for the round and getting the punters change is an ideal length of time, and then topping it up. Thumbs Up

Been doing it a few nights now, piece of piss. Did have a Braul on my first night of working there and recieved a Black eye from a flying chair! But they are all now barred the little underage fuckers! Evil or Very Mad
